It's difficult to capture that shade of dark teal but for a change the SUTA pics show it. The saree isn't as dark as my own photo indicates, but the red is quite brilliant, making this quite a dramatic piece. It's a statement. The fabric is very nice - strong seeming cotton - and it should be easy to drape. Overall it's a beautiful strong-woman bit of evening wear.

This is really a beautiful saree. Such an interesting set of colours, so much weaving... It's not the shade of green in the Suta photos but more like jade as in my photo. Still, it is a lovely green and a unique saree.
