Great bean bag! It was a little tough to use the website to get shipping information/tracking. However, customer service was great and always got back within a day when I reached out. Sometimes even as fast as a few hours. The bag was fairly easy to stuff (takes 2 people) and works great. The cat has claimed it as his king size bed, but it's being used every day.
