I’m a big coffee drinker, and snow is my favourite whitening product. I use the gold ones and I’m maybe using it once or twice a week. It’s not painful at all, very easy to use, and makes my teeth look nice and white. I can enjoy drinkIng all the coffee I like.
I have found Snow works best with a really good quality electric toothbrush, as they remove a lot more plaque than standard electric tooth brushes and make your teeth look beautiful and healthy.

I’ve used all sorts of bleaches but because I have bonding on my top front 4, nothing previously lightened these. Speak with any dentist and they’ll tell you the only way to get really white again is new bonding. That is definitely not true.
