Pretty decent quality and looks nice. Seems sturdy enough for beginner to intermediates, only have had it up for a couple days and haven't tried heavy weights yet. Parts of it are good metal, while some fairly important areas don't seem to be made of the same quality metal, instead of plastic. For example, the rod that holds the actual weight are of a plastic, instead of a metal core, and the feet of the cage aren't rubberized. The Spirit B2 has been a great purchase! It has everything you need to achieve the same workout that you would get from a commercial gym. Honestly I thought putting it together would be more complicated than it was. The instructions in the packaging weren’t as thorough as I personally like them to be they do have a pretty good video detailing how to put the rack together. I really liked how organized everything was when we received the package. Once completed we’ve done two full workouts on it including using the pull up bar, landmine and cables. I'm fairly newer to consistently working out again since some injuries and had a half rack but nothing like this. My work hours are crazy and early so I find it difficult to get to the gym which made my desire for good equipment at home even more fueled. The F35 has been great so far. Put it together by myself, took a few hours but wasn’t too difficult. Well built, has everything I need, nice attachments, and no rattle at all. If you want to save space, this is the best machine to get. Not overly expensive like other compact power racks with cable systems, and has everything you need. Perfect size for the room I've got. It's in a bedroom, but can still utilize everything except for the weight racks on the back (which I knew when I was buying it, but it's all good since I've got another rack for weights). I looked for a long time to find a power rack that included a system with the capability for lat pull downs, rows, and flys. Enter Major Lutie! All 3 boxes arrived within 3-4 days of purchase.
