No wiggle or wobble when using it. Also very quick and easy to put together. You just have to attach 3 parts to the main component of the bench and you're done. Feels very sturdy and the back pad is firm without being too hard. It was also the best priced bench I could find with it's weight capacity.

Easy ordering & quick shipping. Assembly is lengthy as others have reported out. Took a solid 6hrs from start to finish to assemble. Product quality was good. Instructions were a little light, but if you are mechanically inclined, shouldnt be a problem. Came in 4 large boxes. Had some paint chipping from shipping (hoping Major Fitness has touch up paint). =) Can't wait start using it. So far, highly recommend!

This machine was fairly simple to assemble. I assembled it alone however a second pair of hands may make it a bit faster and easier. This is perfect for an intermediate user with plenty of options to achieve a full body work out. The frame is sold and the individual cable pulley systems are smooth. This has to be the best bench I've ever owned. Super sturdy, and I'm pretty big. You can put it at any angle to work on any body part without the hassle of pulling a pin to move the back. Best of all is being able to have it upright to do seated exercises properly.

We purchased the packaged deal of the SML07 a couple weeks ago and so happy with it. Boxes arrived in about a week and received in numerous shipments. We were missing our leg holder, as well as the bench which was upsetting since we didn't realize it until we had everything put together. Wonderful experience so far - We placed our oder and received all the packages in less than 10 days. Setting up the gym was straightforward and it took us less than 3 hours. Instruction are clear. Quality at this price point is unbeatable: the overall rack cage is super stable, the smith machine is very smooth and works beautifully. I have had the F22 for 3 weeks now. It is an amazing addition to my home gym. I was contemplating the PLM03. I chose the F22 because the cable trainers are independent. I am very glad I did this. It speeds up my workouts because I can setup for different workouts on each one. Great for supersets. One thing to note when using the cables: you need to have equal weight in each side or else it will pinch and cause resistance up and down. Not a big deal. I would recommend this to others.

This thing is a beast. It took my wife and I about three days to assemble the whole thing. it’s not terribly complicated, it’s just that this is a big unit with a lot of features. Happy with the weight stack. It's way better than having to switch plate weights on and off between exercises. Saving so much time. I wish there was an option to purchase stacks with more than 180lbs because I am already maxed out on the stack with my barbell rows and lat pulldowns.

Really enjoying the Lighting F35. I have more versatility with my workouts than I did with my previous rack system. Doesn’t take up hardly any space either which was a huge consideration for me. On a separate note I did receive a damaged part that I could not use to assemble the rack but Major Fitness customer service was great.
