We purchased the all in one smith machine (SML07) with the weights. While we do love it I recommend to look around at other weights. Found that we paid $600 for 230lb and you can find this weight for $400 several other places. It took about 3.5 hours to put together, most time consuming is emptying 5 well packed boxes.
