When my hat came in the mail the button on top had fallen off. I realized it was just faulty glue and was happy to fix it myself. I emailed the team just to let them know incase they wanted to check some of the other hats and make sure It wasn’t an issue. They responded promptly and told me another hat was already in the mail! The customer service team was fantastic! The quality of the hat is excellent aside from that one off. Overall I love it and will be buying more!
