I am in my first month of using Cheeta thin and I must say this product does help with overeating myself. I feel more contain when eating less than eating too much all the time. Don't know if this is one of the effects of drinking Cheetah thin, but I definitely feel a difference. I have lost 4kg. I also started exercising which helps. I am not good with keeping at a diet but try to make healthier choices most of the time. Thank you for a good product.

I've been on Cheetathin for a month lost 2.2 kg and 12.5 cm. Eating mostly high fat lo carb diet, only carb is sourdough bread once a day. The appetite suppressant is great as I don't feel hungry, I do still have a bit of a sweet tooth and substitute that with cranberries or dark chocolate. I'm hoping to loose atleast 10 kg by the end of the 3 months. And would appreciate any advice. A year ago I was on the Ozympic injections. Lost 10 kg but too costly to keep up with.

Hi I weigh as of this morning 03-01-2026 108kg. I started this programme on the 28-12-2025. I am in premenopausal stage. No hot flushes though.. ok a little bit but no where near to how I hear all the other ladies speak of this fire that consumes them. Decided to try Cheetah thin and see if it's something that works for me. I have been consistently taking it for a week today and I think it's still too early to say. Some clothing has become a bit loose, but I'm not sure as yet if it is cheetathin. The scan on the me three sixty app does not work..... which equates to false advertising in a way. So advertising it as free is futile. Looking forward to assessing my weight and retake measurements..... let's see! Time is the deciding factor!!!!
