I started taking CheetaThin about 2 weeks ago and I have lost 1kg, without exercising. I plan to start exercising from next week, so I'm looking forward to the results with CheetaThin. When I started taking CheetaThin, I did have evening headaches for the first 2-3 days. Those headaches have subsided. I feel that I have more energy and also more focused.
