I am beyond happy that this one was rereleased! The entire 2020 Autumn Collection was amazing, but Gothic Cathedral in particular stood out. The smokiness, the incense vibe, and the little bit of toasty sweetness make me feel like I could be in a dusty, old cathedral. It makes me think of huge stained glass windows in the sun. Thank you Leah and Elves for bringing this one back for a little while!

To me this is like Inklings and Wizard's Pipe Weed had a baby. You get that warm, sweet cognac and tobacco and an elegant "study" scent like wood and paper. Wraps around you and makes you feel cozy.

Smells oh so good. Immediate relaxation. I hope they make it again next winter. The scent satisfies your sense of smell. The wood wick flickering is like watching a bonfire or a fire in your fireplace. The crackling noise the wood wick makes is also so satisfying. I want to just light one of these candles grab a hot cup of tea, a blanket and read one of my favorite fantasy books. My husband says these wood wicks are trippy. He loves the sound and visual of them.

I wasn’t sure how much I would like this scent. I love lavender so i thought I would like it. This is my favorite of the 4 scents I purchased. I wish it came in soap form so I could smell it everywhere I go. Maybe body spray form so I can spritz it all over my hubby and have my own wood elf king.😂 Love this scent soooo much!

I can't say enough good things about this candle, I want it lit all the time. I LOVE the smell of damp earth and this gets it perfectly, along with some gorgeous green scents. I'll be reordering for as long as it's available.

I love this candle! Has a nice cut grass scent and reminds me of outside after it rains and is all muddy. So, like a troll cave lol. I like having it burning when I'm studying/doing homework. Is pretty soothing and gives me outside smells when I'm stuck inside.

This candle smells like wet earth, a bit musky, but with just enough spicy greenness that I want to keep it lit all the the time. Once I blow out the candle, the scent lingers as almost a sort of perfume-y scent but subtly without being overpowering. It's wonderful and I regret not buying 3 or 4 of them while I had the chance. I've been lighting it while I game and it definitely makes a positive difference in the experience. Thank you!

It smells positively amazing, as they all do. Like a damp and foggy forest. A Fae might be spying on you from a tree. I'm always telling my family to clean up my kitchen at night, because the Fae hate a dirty kitchen and we don't want to be pissing them off. They make fun of me (but they clean the kitchen. You don't want to be pissing me off, either). You never know... P.S. I hope Cave Troll comes back around. I NEED a candle that smells like mushrooms!

I LOVE these candles!!! The scent is amazing, not overpowering but fills the room nicely. The packaging is very beautifully designed and enchanting to open. This is my first time burning a wooden wick and I have to say I’m enjoying it. The way it makes the flame crackle and dance adds so much atmosphere. I’m also very impressed by the emails from Mythologie on candle care and proper wick trimming, they have been very helpful. My only warning is to tread with caution and order at your own risk......

I took this out of the box and immediately put it with the small fairy display we have for St. Patrick’s Day. This is a great candle. The earthy scent is subtle, but relaxing.

I tried dwarven forge first. Wonderful smell. I would buy one for myself but this one is for son but I had to see what it smelled like. I tried two of samplers, the trees are listening and enjoyed the smell. now burning the white witch also wonderful.

Pulling it out of the box, and what a great box for shipping, I wasn't sure what to expect. Smelling it unlit did not do it justice. The aroma fills up the room nicely and changes my mood quickly, and for the better. I should have ordered more than 1!!

Oh wow when I got these wonder candles in the mail I was so excited to get them, I couldn't believe how wonderful each one is, I would close my eyes smelling each one and thinking up a fantasy world of each one, I love them so much I'm not burning them so I can smell them over and over,oh by the way favorite one is the Gaffers Garden, it's so great smelling it over and over, thankyou guys so much for them...

I received my first order of candles & I LOVE them all! The scents are beautifully complex & work well together (currently burning Jarl's Chanlmber, Braided Sweetbread, & Longhouse Hearth). The scent stays strong through hours of burning. I've also left the jar caps off when not in use because the fragrance will lightly scent the room. I'm already pondering which candles to order next!

So Santa and Mrs. Claus came early this year to inform us of our gift. They are taking us to Ireland late spring. I sent an Emerald Isle to everyone in the family invited to go. Got one for myself as well. Have not burned it long yet but enjoy the scent. It also makes a great addition to my Lothlorien candle stick that Santa brought!

Absolutely incredible scents. I think that the little stories that go along with the scents really help to transport you to Middle Earth. My favorites are the droppin’ eaves and a very old friend. My gosh did those smell good! My childhood crush on Samwise came rushing back with a whiff of his candle. Every note in the candles, you can catch. I want these in full size!

Dark Academia is perfect for me since I could easily live in a library and burn all my candles in my personal library. My favs are Oxford Hall, Stroll in a Storm and Calligraphy. However, the others are only shallowly behind these.

My husband really likes his candles! I got this set for my husband that is a gamer and all 5 of us love Skyrim. The scents are fantastic and so much like what one would expect! The candles burn slowly so we will be enjoying them for a good amount of time. Thank you for making such a great product!

I am unsure why but this candle smells like pure pumpkin. Not the sweetened pumpkin pie, but a real pumpkin patch, or a freshly picked pumpkin whose top has just been removed before getting turned into a jack-o-lantern. I get a "Farmer's Market in the Shire" sort of vibe when inhaling the flora and spice from this candle and half expect to see Merry and Pippin smoking some pipeweed as they sample Bree's finest produce. It's wonderful and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Can a fragrance make you happy? Yes, yes it can. Double breakfast is reminiscent of when I was a small child and woke up smelling pancakes and maple syrup. I promised to sample each of the 2 oz candles before burning any of them completely. This one was one of the exceptions. When I ask the group of candles who wants to be lit next, Stonehenge at Dusk calls out every time. This is the perfect candle to burn during meditation. My mind conjures a dusty, earthy path leading me to the circle of my ancestors of stone. I can smell the faint wisp of flowers and greenery. I inhale the air as it promises rain. All is well. All is well.
