Package came safe and sound. Pokemon box came in good condition rapped in bubble wrap which was great. I would suggest maybe some packing paper crumbled around it or the balloons just to protect it from shaking around. Still great though.

I wanted a refund after I noticed that I purchased the wrong product, so I emailed clutch cards about 5 minutes after ordering and never received a reply instead they shipped my cards anyway, I'm sure they saw the email before printing a label but I will never recommend them to anyone. 5 stars on cards 0 stars on the card shop and their customer service.

Clutch shipped very quickly and I received the product less than a week after it was released. The box itself is nice and the Charizard promo is cool imo. The other two promos are kind of meh for me. Didn't get much out of the packs but that's just the luck of the draw, I've seen others get nice hits out of these. For me, the only change I would make to future products like this is the only use 1 pack type so there is a better chance for hits.
