This things awesome. I started seeing results after using it in the mornings for about 7-10 min and then the evenings 7-10 min. Since I hadn't worked out in a while it did burn my lower abs and caused some soreness the first few weeks. I have also been able to extend farther in my workouts now and I feel a little better about myself.

This is the same ab roller they have at my gym. When the gym closed I ordered it on here and absolutely love having my own now. I’ve tried several ab rollers and this one works the best.

They don't roll up during use than the standard plastic ones. I will probably still use the plastic ones for donkey kicks etc., but for squats and pulses (think exercises where you want them to just provide general resistance on your thighs) these are so much better!

This is great and a great way to add variety to core work. After only 2 weeks of regular use I saw some definition of my abs (already having a low bmi). These bands were exactly what I needed! I have been using the rubber resistant loops and they just get too stretched out too quickly! These have held up for a while now, and I use them daily. I also love how I can use them with shorts too! I have told all my friends about them! I highly reccomend them!

These things are great. I bought them for my girlfriend to help push her body wieght workouts. She has gotten a lot of good use out of them till I started to steal them... I used to have a lot of issues when squatting because my knees would buckle in. Easy way to fix it is to have a band at the knees forcing you to push them out. They drastically improved my form helping me do more while being safer.

I don't think you can break this device. Everything about it is solid and stable and the bearings, etc are terrific. The wider, thicker wheel provides great stability over the ones with a smaller wheel. For me, it's well worth a few extra bucks to enjoy the item.

So far this works well. The 3 rows of teeth help with the sizing. It makes you sweat a ton which I love. I have a long waist so it doesn’t cover everything and I have a muffin top effect near my chest but it works well. Can’t wait to keep going down in size.

As for sizing, just follow their sizing chart. I did and mine fit perfectly. I noticed several people asking questions about what size to get and basing it on their height and weight which doesn't make any sense since the size should be based on the measurement of your waist line which is unique to your body shape and not dependent on how tall/short/fat/skinny you are. Just grab a measuring tape and measure yourself then follow the sizing chart.

I bought different types of waist trainers but this one was the best. I love the adjustable bands. It makes a whole lot of difference especially if you are a beginner, you and adjust anytime to help you feel comfortable. It does come with a strong factory smell, please wash before wearing it. I have been wearing it for 2 months now and the improvement is very noticeable. My baby is 6 months old now and everyone is wondering how my waist looks so snatched after just having a baby.

Wore my waist trainer for the first time earlier at the gym today and I love it! I was a little worried at first mainly because of the price tag. It wasn't uncomfortable while I worked out and I had no problems with it getting loose or anything either. It also made my mid-section sweat real nice while also adding back support which felt great especially when I did squats.

I am very impressed with the Redge Fit home gym. I like how I can do work outs using it from home and the resistance bands are easier on my joints than lifting weights. Having said that, I have narrow door ways so some of the exercises I would like to do can not be done because the door is not wide enough. If there was adjustable ends on the bar I think this product would put the gyms out of business in a good way.

For certain workouts I like the product alot but for some work outs I feel the bands should be smaller or the adjustable strap should adjust shorter for more resistance example on my curls and I'm 6 foot tall so it's not cuz I'm to little or anything. Hope this helps. Overall pleased with my purchase

Not a bad package. Good resistance honestly. I recommend buying an extra set of bands to add extra weight but if you are looking for squat+ presses or shoulder work this is great for time under tension! .

It’s a little early for me to leave a review. But I can say, I do enjoy having this redge. I’m using it to build muscle in my legs. And it’s definitely giving me a run for my money. I love the fact I can change my workouts and still use the redge.

Overall it’s great! Help me a lot with my exercise although the bands did rip two of them, they need to strengthen a little bit more and add resistance but over all it’s really great!

Ordered this on a whim...thought it would help me work on my strength resistance training. It's a solid product....the workouts are simple enough to understand. The product creates great resistance and makes you work different angles which i appreciate. The app is just OK....I honestly don't use the app. I would not recommend a purchase of the subscription...not worth what is offered, especially since you have to pay for additional workouts. Overall, it was a good purchase.

Love the working out it has been way fun to use. However it took me a while to figure out how to set it up with the door and one thing that makes me mad is that I am supposed to have access to all the videos but I don’t I have pay for them. I really feel if you are going to say free access with things then do it. But all in all awesome system and glad I have it.

The bands and equipment work well! It does go up to 240lbs! I was skeptical. It's nice for working out when traveling and working out at home. It does NOT come with 100 workout videos, you have to sign up and pay for those but nonetheless they have a little workout card that comes with the equipment that gives you all the fundamental workouts that you will still see plenty of progress with!
