fast shoping to door - order 12.01 recived 30.01. quality i suppose is good for first view but rubber is to long for me. im 170 cm and there is too little resistance for me. but I train for many years so maybe for someone who just start training this will be ok.

Item is exactly as described. Well build and is of good quality. It has the adjustable knobs to decrease the length of the cables and increase resistance, something which the comparable cheap knock-offs don't offer. Recommended item.

This product is awesome!!!! Product is comfortable as hell. I like the wide handles because I have big hands, the spring inside is definitly a plus. I was using just the cheap rod through a plastic wheel, which does the same thing this just makes it more comfortable to do. The wide wheel is super nice and gives you crazy stability.

Truly worth getting over a conventional ab wheel. The spring assistance makes it easier to use perfect form, takes strain off the lower back, and allows you to do more reps. If you find it's not as challenging as a standard ab wheel, just roll out from a standing position instead of from your knees. Overall, it's a small price to pay for a piece of sturdy equipment that will honestly get you shredded if you just keep at it and don't give up

Definitely the best ab roller I've ever gotten using this product. I may never get a six pack, but that is my own fault and not the product's. You'd never think such a simple device would work so well, but each rep is so intense that you can get a good ab and oblique workout in no time. I highly recommend this product, especially with the great price! Not to mention easy to store, and not at all space consuming.

I can't think of anything bad to say about this mat. The mat doesn't stink and it's thick enough to offer some cushion but not so thick that it's heavy and bulky to move around. The different textures on each side of it are both good, though I prefer the stippling on the yellow side after trying both. I even really like the bright colours, as silly as that sounds to me to type out. I love this yoga mat, it's not too big, and it's wide enough for doing my daily routine exercises. The thickness is also perfect, not too thin but thick enough to provide enough support. The mat also doesn't slip and slide and once you have it in place, it grips on really well and doesn't move around. I can tell the mat is well made and it's durable. It's easy to clean as well.

Receive mine this week and used it almost everyday. It's easy to put together, very good heavy duty quality (not like does cheap wobly ones), roll forward and backward range is great, handle position helps you maximize the steadiness needed and supports the back better. It definitely allows me to focus on doing the exercise properly rather than focus on it wobbling or falling apart.
