I had a problem with the delivery, somehow my address was not correct, but Kristine at Valcen fixed that, she contacted me on "the weekend" and straightened out everything in regard to the shipping companies, whom valcen is not responsible for, she went out of her way to make sure I received the bag, which I may add is absolutely great, I breezed through security at the football stadium on the weekend and the bag met all security requirements, I am very happy with this bag.

I'm a long time Crocs wearer but these are 10x more comfortable! I can't say enough good things about these sandals, comfy, they're not loose and flop around, they fit snuggly, I will wear the heck out of these shoes!

Like walking on marshmallows....semi squishy which allows my non existent arches to move around and not be ridged like in the custom orthos or any other shoes. Only issue is cosmetic, I cant quite wear this with a skirt or dress....as a fashion diva.....but day to day around the house, errands, beach or anywhere I dont have to be super fashion dress....its perfect.

I love my cloud zeros! Ive had foot pain for quite a while and these slip ons have helped so so much! I wear them all around the house and ordered a second pair that I will keep by my desk at work

I am very happy with the two purses I bought for my husband and myself. I like the design, and I am very happy with the quality of the materials. But I am most impressed with their customer service. When they arrived one purse had a defect. My email was answered promptly and a replacement quickly ordered and on its way to me. The issue could not have been handled better, very impressive. .

I love this bag. The weight distribution is perfect. It doesn’t pull on my neck or make my back hurt. I am plus size, fuller figured, and the bag still conforms to my body while remaining accessible. I adore that the company allows you the right or left handed option. As a southpaw, this is the first company that I found that considered that.

At 32 weeks pregnant, this leg pillow has been a total lifesaver. Before, I kept waking up each night with hip and pubic pain. Previously tried so many things including the pregnancy pillows, which I hated! It stays put between my legs even when I awkwardly roll from one side to the other. I don’t see myself ever sleeping without this pillow again.

These marine corp feet have taken a pounding for years. My flat feet and plantar fasciitis make it hard to make a trip from the front to back of walmart, but these shoes has helped a tremendous amount.

Bought one on an impulse. It's easy to use as intended, but most of my wardrobe’s pants have plenty of pockets so I’m divided in choice. My spouse tends to bring home pants for me to try with few or no pockets, and for those few I accept, it is a Godsend.

So I’m not sure what tablet they used in the ads to stick in the bag, because even my smallest iPad cannot fit in it at all, which is unfortunate (If it was rectangular, instead of a half-trapezoid, this would not be a problem). The design of the bag is excellent. Good pockets in all the right places. Easy to use. Comfortable. The straps and the canvas are good materials. I loved it for a month and then the wear began to appear. The lining seams at the bottom of the pockets broke and my coins started to float throughout the bag, a zipper snagged the lining. It is a great product however, it would be 5 Stars if I could fit my iPad or tablet in it. If one is created to fit an iPad 11 Pro with measurements of height of 9.74” (247.6 mm), width of 7.02” (178.5 mm), and depth of . 23” (5.9 mm), I will be the purchasing one.

Ashley S asked what ‘tablet’ would fit inside it as is advertised and shown in the video ad. None of hers fit. The answer is this, what was shown was an e-book likely a Kobo. Still a good travel bag with excellent zippers. Just know that an iPad mini likely won’t fit in it.

Just what I needed. My hands cramp and strain trying to hold a phone upright for a long time. Sure it seems like headgear, with a crane around your neck, but it makes scrolling so much easier and pain free. I have an iPhone 6s and it fits perfectly . Would recommend to anyone

The overall design of the bag is really good and surprisingly holds a lot more stuff then it seems. However, I the belt that connects to the magnetic clip appears to be too long and I had to manually adjust it to clip on each time. I am guessing I could use a double sided tape to resolve this issue for me.
