I was so excited to give my boyfriend this for our anniversary. I didnt notice the little gap in the clasp! He wore it 2 weeks after I got it for the first time, and it ended up falling apart. Lucky he caught it and still has the pendent! I tried weeks ago to email to see if I can get a replacement chain, because it says I can ask of its soon after the order. No response. Sent them my order number and everything! Sad because we were so excited and feels like a waste. Bummer.
