I bought two necklaces for my granddaughters back in March and was very pleased with them however one of the small stones came out of one of the necklaces 7 months later I emailed them they asked for photos which I sent they then told me that the necklaces were only guaranteed for 3 months but that on this occasion they would replace it for me but that I would need to pay the £4 postage which I agreed too. The replacement necklace arrived very quickly.
