While we were very happy with the products and support received from Jewellery with Love we are unhappy with the service provided by Royal Mail in that even after providing them with specific details after the first delivery they did exactly the same with the second delivery & did not deliver it directly to the requested address despite someone being there waiting for the delivery.

It's beautiful, looks really good quality and the size of the 'L' is just right, not too big and not too small. It is beautifully boxed, AND has a light in the box which just finishes it of perfectly! My only regret is that I could have had 'Granddaughter' and the verse in the box, which I didn't realise until I was reading reviews!, but never mind, still love it.
