Love how the handles slide out so easily to work the different muscle groups. Honestly I was very skeptical if this would help that much and was worried it would end up being a waste of money. I was intrigued when I saw this online, so I bought one; it arrived shortly thereafter. I've been using it every day since and find the controlled hand positions really do work the different muscle groups they're targeting. I really like this item. I was no stranger to push-ups before getting this, but this tool definitely makes push-ups more fun. It encourages me to change my hand position regularly to get the most benefits out of this move, it allows me to sink deeper into the bottom position, and I can do more reps because it take pressure off of my wrists.
