We got this for our teenage sons and they enjoy working all their different muscles.

It was hard to line up the center when attaching the two pieces to make them join.

I really enjoy this product i just didn't like the price that i paid for it.

I bought it as a gift. I like the handles to keep wrists aligned, and all the different options.

Love the workout plans that come with it. Get toned in about 15 mins a day!

Great concept - product could be a bit sturdier, and the handles a bit bulkier.

Pricey, but this will work the upper body well. Overall happy with the product. Stay disciplined!!
