It is a nice tool, likely more geared to the male than female, as I find some of the positions spaced too far.

Was worried the seating would be too loose but they actually require decent force to release. Shaking arms safe.

Bought it for the downtime in my home office. Loving it. Can't even do half of them.

It works pretty good helps definitely build upper muscle and I’m not a gym rat either pretty happy with the purchase

Maybe provide a tiny little starting guide, just for placement and little things like that. Other than that, the little thing is pretty awesome

I just got it, and I am happy it and the quality. I wish it came with more grip pads.
