My son is obsessed. He turned nine December 22 and he really wanted this for Christmas. Hasn't stopped using it. he wants to really get in shape like his dad..lol. he loves this. Great product...5 stars..he loves all the different ways to do a pushup..keeps him busy..awesome

It seems very cheap when you first unpack it because it's basically a molded piece of plastic, however, once I began using it I completely changed my mind about it. I love this thing! I'm able to pinpoint muscle groups with one, very simple device. I highly recommend.

It's absolutely great home gym equipment. Me and my 13 year old son are loving. It has help my son increased his reps in push-ups. As for me, the bicep Blaster is bingo. The jump rope is fantastic. Everything looks good

I was skeptical when I ordered it because I dud t know the strength of it but it's great. You can do so many different upper body exercise. I do 20 mins in the am 29 mins before my shower at night. After a week I had a dozen Co-workers commented. Your chest & biceps are great but the triceps........oh man results but hardwork. Since my Knee Surgery, a 25lbs. Kettlbell & my Quadra press board was about $60 & so far I'm down 89lbs.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas after seeing an ad on Facebook and all the positive reviews. I now end up using it myself every day and I love it! So easy to use, study but lightweight to move around, and love being able to target different muscle groups. I feel a lot stronger using this and can do a lot more push-ups now after just a few weeks. Great product and will recommend to others

REALLY great product - I do a quick set of pushups before bed and have noticed huge changes. Given, I did zero exercise before hand - but that's why this product is so great... I would recommend this push up board. It solid, good quality and I like how I can move the handles to concentrate on different areas of my body. I do prefer using this board than equipment free. If you put the effort in, it does workout your body well but you still do need to incorporate other workouts to work other muscles.

This product is very good, the material is strong and it gives you a good 90 * degree angle fit bicepcurll. (I am to vreden if this bad had been would I put it. Also is all neatly delivered and very well packed) tie trade. :)

I can do pushups on my own, but when I saw this, liked it & thought it would be good for proper form placement - to be able to hit various muscles with the different ways to place the handles. Very challenging but if you want an added dimension to a workout, this is one way .

Overall very happy with it. Just been using it for a few days but it's really great for motivation. I just leave it in my living room floor and follow the easy instructions and schedule.You can do these things with regular stands yourself, but this makes it so simple and effective.

Being able to focus on particular muscle groups and being provided with a recommended routine that also includes cardio and ab workouts is very nice. Some of the positions may feel a bit awkward at first, but as you develop the necessary muscles over the course of a few weeks, it starts to feel more natural.

I’ve always thought I could do push-ups. When I got back into getting into shape I was up to about 20 and felt great about it. Got the QuadroPress and could barely pull off one push up.
