I love my new green Ikigai Mission case! It's so great - it has 3 separate compartments so I can easily split up different kinds of meds or doses as needed for easy to take, convenient on-the-go size. You might balk at the price- but once you hold one in your hands, you will understand where the money is going to. High quality, pill cases that will last for generations! :) AAAAND.... I was dissatisfied with my plastic vitamin case, but couldn’t find anything better. Then I saw ikigai cases but didn’t buy one because of the price, but I kept going back to their site. I finally got one and couldn’t be happier with it. If you can afford it and are at all considering buying one, I recommend it fully.

I ordered my Ikigai cases on January 31rst, 2026 and just received them today on February 17th, 2026. I already love this AM/PM weekly case. I love that they are all metal and feel and look great! My only note for the ikigai team is if they can give better/more accurate delivery times, that would be nice. About a week after I ordered, I kept getting automatic emails asking me to review my pill cases- which made me anxious about when I would be receiving them.

When I received the package I was surprised how heavy it was and when I unboxed the cases I understood why--the cases are incredibly well made and heavy duty. I’ve really liked this for sorting my prescriptions and vitamins. I’ve been much better about taking things daily and not missing doses. Before, I just kept everything in the bottles. I had used plastic pill sorters before but had problems with them coming open while traveling or in my purse. I love the slide with soft stops on each day.

I love these cases. The mechanism moves so smoothly. They magnetically attach to each other. They are weighty so you know they are there without being too heavy. The customer service is a dream. I had to return my first cases, that were not engraved, because they were too large. They responded very quickly and also added engraving to my new cases. I recommend the engraving if you are using as daily pill boxes. Makes it easier to keep track. New cases came very fast. They are perfect size!

Love my new pill case from Ikigai! It's large enough to fit all of my morning and evening pills and study enough to hold them all without bending or breaking. Its not overly bulky or heavy and the colors and metal structure are way more fun than the standard clear plastic pill cases you see everywhere else. Thank you again Ikigai. I love the ability to take my medications and other pills along with me wherever, safe from my dog getting into them, in my purse, wherever. Love this! I am so tired of 1) creating plastic waste when the pill organizer wears out every year 2) losing supplements when they fail in transit forcing me to play the “can I match this to what it actually is” game 3)having something my mischievous dog can open if I forget and leave it on the counter. My only tip I will give is that one day of the week in the organizer is a snugger fit to accommodate the magnetic mechanism. It just requires me to tuck them in a little bit before I can close it...

These cases are just awesome, you will never need other medicine cases again. Our medicine is so important in our lives, and having it contained in a perfect place matters. This is the pill case I didn't know I needed. Well my first Ikigai purchase was a larger vitamin case, that was the gateway product to realizing I needed to stop carrying a small plastic case for my meds. I take carry various allergy meds in my backpack or sling. The pill case is on par with my other EDC items. It is milled and anodized to perfection. These cases hold more than I expected. I got them for my son who works in HVAC and needs to carry his meds in his pocket. Plastic cases kept opening in his pocket and shattering when pressure was applied. So far these have worked much better. Just wish they were waterproof too.
