I have purchased two weekly cases now, one just over a year ago and one this month. Ikigai customer service has been efficient and responsive each time. My first case felt a bit loose and I was easily able to exchange it for a tighter fitting one, which the team literally hand picked for me. When I purchased my second case I asked them to hand pick one again, because I travel frequently and don’t want my pills to spill in my overnight bag or purse when I’m on the go. My husband and I absolutely love these pill cases. They are pricey but SUCH high quality and they really feel like an everyday luxury. I'm loving the ease of use, colors/patterns, solid construction, and great concept of the Ikigai cases I've gotten so far! I have shown anyone I know who has to take pills or supplements - they need this for any kind of travel and it's a great size and design, even if they have difficulty opening normal containers.
