I know it's a little odd to be obsessed with a pill case but I am definitely obsessed. The Nano is so perfect for my purse to hold my afternoon medications! Honestly thought when I saw the price that it was overpriced. Now that I have the pill case, it's heavy duty, easy to slide the top, engraving is perfect with no metal slivers anywhere in sight, holds all of my pills and it's a product I'll keep for the rest of my life!

I am totally amazed by my new Ikigai pill case. The aluminum body feels quite substantial, which is a far cry from the plastic pill cases I had been using, and the craftsmanship is exquisite. It is much heavier than my old case, but that is very much worth the trade-off to get a sturdy and solid case that will stand up to the rigors of traveling. I recommend this pill case to anyone who travels!

Love my fabulous AM/PM engraved Ikigai big pill cases! So much better looking and safer than the broken plastic cases I used to have, which were rubber banded together and in a Ziploc bag to keep my pills from escaping! Bought the bundle because I don’t always have the joint strength to pop open a plastic pill sorter, and because I don’t love the idea of more microplastics in my life. The weekly vitamin case is the right size for my RX and OTC daily meds, and the nano is great for keeping a stash of emergency doses in my bag. The cases are substantial; they feel solid. And the slide-to-open is smooth, not grating. The cases are not cheap. You get what you pay for—they’re well worth the investment

I ordered my IKIGAI case for a couple of reasons. First, I wanted to be more consistent with the times I took medication and supplements. The case I used kept coming open in my purse or pocket, spilling everywhere, not to mention how tacky it looked. The IKIGAI case is attractive and keeps my medications and supplements secure.

This little case is a game changer! It makes meds so much easier to remember and check on. My only ask would be make it lock up at the back away from the the spring ball, as it has a little chatter if you're carrying it in a pocket. But I honestly don't care all that much it's still quieter than my keys. It would just be nice to maybe angle the meeting point to make them seat together and have less wiggle room. Just my honest feedback. Overall a great case that holds even small pills.

Beautiful pill case, solid and sturdy so no more flimsy plastic tops that won't close! I loved being able to customize it to my liking, from color choices to engraving. The cover has soft "stops" which make it easy to use. This just makes me happy 2x/day when I give Mom her pills!

On June 26, 2024 I was suddenly diagnosed with APML (Leukemia). A couple of my chemo medications can not be stored in plastic. Was so excited to see that there were different sizes available as I take so many pills. And more will be added after I finish my infusion chemo treatments. I also have an autoimmune disease and another chronic illness. The larger case has plenty room for my up to 27 medications. I will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend.

I bought this as a gift to myself this year! I had purchased one a year ago for my partner, and have admired it ever since. The case is solid, love the etched days of the week on the inside (worth the extra few dollars!). The lid slides on and off with such a satisfying smooth click. For once there is no plastic!! It took a while to get the right cases dialed in. The first cases were really bigger than I thought they'd be, so I went through the return process and traded them in for the smaller, magnetic weekly pair. The design is very elegant and the lid stays put. I love my case!!! The high quality construction is amazing. Also, I love the colors and engraving options. I take a LOT of mental health drugs but I’m cool with it (hence my choice of engraving). This case is very large, so I put a bunch of each of my meds in the compartments. I’m planning to get a smaller one to hold just a week’s worth at a time. Totally addicted!

Wow, the quality is top notch! Sliding the lid reminded me of the gear shifter in my Porsche 911. Craftsmanship is impressive -- please don't change these to make them cheaper, they are perfect.
