Love it! I got two sizes for a trip. Love the nano vitamin for my day bag and this slightly larger one for poop ills intake at night. I’m looking forward to getting the bigger ones once the colors I want are back in stock. Super high quality and so much nicer and easier to deal with than the plastic cases I had before.

The perfect daily/overnight pill container! Took me a while to pull the trigger on these, but decided to splurge on a 3-pack bundle and couldn’t be happier. Easy to operate. Lovely design. Have been such a joy to use the Nano, Mission, and Weekly.

Second time buyer of Ikigai cases now, I absolutely love these cases because of their design. I've used so many pill cases and it either breaks or things fall out. Whenever I take out my case people always ask what that is because it's just so beautiful. The blue is super cute, and the pink is a tad darker than I thought/hoped, but it's still cute.

It’s honestly a fantastic daily use case. It’s a bit pricey but you can see and feel the quality. It’s pretty hefty, and has a nice mechanical feel to it. This one fits about 12 standard size capsules in each compartment. The metal is not invincible tho. I can already see some wear starting to show after a couple weeks of daily use.

These cases are amazing! I take a lot of medications daily and before now it would take me a while to set up my meds every day. Since I purchased my IKIGAI cases I no longer have to take time out of my day to distribute my meds. I set them up once a week and I'm done! The cases are over the top quality manufactured, durable, and easy to carry while traveling. Thank you for making my daily life much simpler IKIGAI!!!

This is a great product excellent for people who have problems with dexterity with their hands. The slides are really easy and they pack a lot of punch. These can hold a lot of pills and it’s great. You can slide to the day that you need and you’re able to take just those pills. I also got the small vitamin size case And I love this and at the end of the day when my fingers get swollen I’m able to put my rings in it. Great products totally worth the money.

You might not think you need to spend this much dough on a vitamin case, but these really are that good. It’s something you use every day so why not treat yourself to some quality instead of disposable plastic garbage. Cool colors, too.

Love the touch and feel of these pill cases. They feel very sturdy and durable. I can fit 2 multi vitamin pills (GNC brand), 5 small pills that can fit on a nickel and a pill roughly half an inch long. I still have enough room to fit a few more. The sliders that cover the pills are changeable with the same size so you can mix and match if you bought more than 1.

Needed to upgrade my daily med storage for two week international trip. Recently was started on p.m. meds so very helpful to have both boxes to stay organized and keep dosing consistent. This is a well engineered and bulletproof product. The cover positively latches and is at least water resistant. And looks good doing it!

I have to take a stupid pill every morning at 6 AM. I never knew how annoying pill bottles were to open until I got my Ikigai nano. I can slide this thing open one handed with my eyes closed, and then go back to sleep. Plus, it comes in a wide variety of colors so I was able to find one that matched my My Little Pony perfectly. These are the only pill cases I will be using from now on, thanks Ikigai!

These pill cases are not cheap. Once you buy one you will understand why. They feel precision machined and very high quality. You buy these once and never will need to buy again for the rest of your life. These cases are fantastic for travel. They stay securely closed and are very durable. I got a 3 pack bundle and love them. I use the small case for short work trips, and the other two cases for am/pm meds and vitamins.

I love my pill case! Yes, it cost a pretty penny but it’s 100% worth it. With the cheap plastic cases, I would always find them randomly open and pills spilling out and I absolutely can’t have that with pets around. This case was an investment but if you travel, have pets or have kids, you can’t afford not to make sure your meds are secure. It also comes in a gorgeous assortment of colors that will actually have you looking forward to taking your medications!

I got these for my husband for Christmas and they are amazing! He is a recent Double Lung Transplant recipient (9/21/25) and takes meds 4x a day with AM/PM being about 15+ pills each! I love this tiny pill case! I had spine fusion surgery a few months ago and was literally carrying muscle relaxers and pain meds in a ziplock bag in my purse. I really like this case. Not too big, but plenty of room. Yes, it's heavier than plastic. I show it set up for 2 weeks. Of course you can use AM/PM case as intended for pills needed at various times of day. As for the noise, it isn't very loud. Sounds louder in the video. I love this. Totally worth it. I had a plastic case that I'd picked up somewhere, but the top was loose and weird. This is a much better alternative, and I think the colors are gorgeous, too. It's admittedly satisfying to have something that actually works and looks good.
