This is an amazing case! I love the durability and how many pills I can fit in each section. I can fit 1 xl supplement, 6 large supplements, and 4 medium-small ones. I wouldn’t count on fitting in much more than that, maybe 1-2 more small pills. I noticed some small defects in the pattern but nothing big enough that the pattern looks bad. The Ikigai cases have been great so far! Honestly I am taken aback by how impressed I am with these cases. I’d been eyeing them for months but always thought “that’s a lot of money”. Then, the only plastic pill case I trusted in my bag betrayed me and dumped a whole weeks worth of medication all over the inside of my bag.
