This is the best pill case ever! I could not believe it when I opened it… the quality is superb and I am certain I will go to my grave owning this pill case. I purchased this because I hated filling those plastic pill cases with the snap up lids. This actually saves me time, as it is so much easier to load my pills for the week. I know it is pricy, but it is truly worth every single cent. Don’t forget that if you have a FSA, this can be reimbursed!

This is my third case from Ikigai. I’m glad they came up with a small everyday travel size. It does not take up space at all, keeps my pills clean, and it doubles as a fun fidget toy.

Best made pill case, period. Got this for my wife for Christmas and she LOVED it. Very sturdy, incredibly well designed and manufactured. Better functionality and build quality than the machined parts in some domestic car engines LOL. Highly recommend. Worth the money!

This is a SOLID case. I was looking for a case with zero plastic and here it is. As a product designer myself, I’m almost jealous of the quality, clean design and smooth action. Color and finish are great as well. My favorite part is the click of the ball bearing detent. Who knew a pill case could be elevated? Niiiice work.

I travel for work a lot, and it’s always frustrating that all the cases that I’ve used over the years for my medicine and vitamins, that I take daily, would break or come open and all the pills fall out in my bag. When I first heard about these cases, I wrote them off because of the cost. I’m an organ transplant recipient, so even a few years post op I still have to take a fistful of pills twice a day. I am very happy to replace my old plastic pill organizers that tended to pop open in my carry-on bag. These are close firmly with magnets. Quality is very high; this product will last a lifetime. Keep in mind, it is heavier that the classic plastic version. I was disappointed when my order was rejected by my health insurance's HSA account. The Ikigai website send they were eligible, but my documentation was not acceptable. Still, I have no regrets now that it is part of my medication routine.

Love these. Yes, they are pricey, but they are absolutely worth it. I have a chronic condition and take a lot of meds, and I feel way better about taking them out of something cool. I know that shouldn’t matter, but every little thing helps when you have chronic conditions. They are so sturdy, so easy to fill (waaaaay easier than the plastic ones where the lids gets in the way), and easy to open and close.

I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on a pill case. Then my plastic case opened up in my work bag for the last time. The cases are quality, fits my gummy vitamins & supplements just fine, & most importantly stays closed in my bag. They were surprisingly heavy given their size & material, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I give these cases two thumbs up.

I chose a nice blue for my daytime meds and purple for bedtime. I love how they hold together with magnets. To take my pills, I simply slide the case open and pour them into my hand. Each day, I just slid it down another notch. It’s not cumbersome like having to pop open a Wednesday pocket. It’s always in order. Very high quality metal, nice engraving, and a gripper for my thumb.

These cases come in handy especially when traveling. Recently I bought another 2 pack as we were to spend 8days in Paris. I took 4 total cases am and pm doses and had no problem through TSA or forgetting to take my meds on time or which dose I took. Always amazed with this product.

I just received my Weekly AM-PM Vitamin Case 2.0 and love them already. At first, I was hesitant because of the price, but once I opened the box, I was immediately happy I bought them. I’ve reached the point in my life where managing multiple prescriptions can be a bit of an ordeal. When Ikigai’s metal pill cases came across my feed, I was intrigued by the simple, functional design and beautiful colours. They’re a bit pricey, so I debated placing an order, but I’m so glad I did. Shipping was quick and the quality exceeded my expectations. I realized after I received my order that I mistakenly bought the wrong size, but I like them so much, I’m keeping them.

I'm really liking my Ikegai vitamin case. It gives this luxury, almost Apple product-like feel. I'm someone who likes to have his vitamin case out on the kitchen counter just so I remember to take them, and it is nice having a product that feels beautiful and also discreet at the same time that I feel okay having on the counter where guests could potentially see it.

I have had all the plastic vitamin case around, they don’t stay closed, or brake - ugh!!!. I did a bit of a double take on the price of the Ikagai cases. OBSESSED! This really is a lifetime pill case. I just want to hold it and look at it all day, honestly. Very easy to use, clean, and take apart/put together. I LOVE that it clicks and stays open. It feels so rare to buy something online these days and receive an honest-to-goodness well-made product. Well I’m happy to say this is one of those exceptions that not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.
