I had to have a replacement chiller and any other company would have told me tough luck due to the circumstances of it. All they asked for was photos and the next thing I knew a replacement was on its way! I can’t scream loud enough about how amazing this company and their products are! Ice baths have been a great way to get my energy up in the morning. The ice pod is an easy, inexpensive, and portable way to get into cold therapy. Ideal for beginners. Really great in the winter when the weather is cold, however, it is difficult to keep cold when the weather is warmer. Loving the icepod essentials package, circulation jet and all. The quality far exceeds the previous pod that I had purchased. The circulation jet I originally received was having some difficulty, but customer service was service was awesome and they very promptly replaced it. I researched a lot of companies before I “made the plunge,” and grateful I went with this one. Would love to get a chiller one day, but using a chest freezer to freeze 3-5 gallon buckets of ice until then.

Living in Florida, I was a little worried about it maintaining a temperature of 50° or lower, glad to say when it’s covered and in a covered environment, it maintains 50° with no problem.
