The first one I ordered broke in the first hour I wore it. The charm hook came off the charm. I e-mailed the company and they replaced it with no problem. The second one is beautiful and the charm hook seems to be sturdier. I love the bracelet. The hummingbird is more clearly defined on the replacement. You can hardly see the hummingbird on the first bracelet. I would definitely order from this company again. They have one of the best customer services around.
