there was some initial problem with shipping and it was returned, but then it was shipped right back out, upon receipt my FW said it was beautiful and she has received several compliments, unfortunately the end of the chain dangles and gets tangled easily, we are going to have the chain shortened which I'm sure will solve this problem

I bought this for our Granddaughter for her Graduation. Unfortunately because of the Covid-19 virus she may not have a formal graduation that all Seniors should get. But her school is trying to work out something so that the kids can have their graduation with family & friends being able to attend. Not sure of this as yet.
