This is what the bottle looked like right after opening it. It is like 1/8th full. Not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be but not great bang for buck for just a hydration powder with electrolytes. Feel like I got jipped.

I’d say it’s a little better than alright. 1-10 I’d say the pump is about 7.8. I definitely be sweating good when I use it though. Flavor is mid but I’ve never really cared about flavor as long as it’s a good performing pre. Blendability is also lacking quite a bit. I think this pre would improve greatly if a couple of the nootropics were dropped and a few grams of vaso ingredients were added such as Arginine/Betaine, Glycerpump, etc. Actually having 30 serving tub is a huge plus to me though.
