The shipment of several boxes arrived over two different days. It was very well packed and protected. I only had one roof panel that was a little crunched in one corner which I flattened out with some pliers. Contrary to the instructions I was able to assemble this by myself in about 10hrs. The hardest parts were getting the posts standing up (not too much trouble by clamping some braces to the posts), and getting the first bit of roof structure set in place. The price of this greenhouse was so affordable! I was a little nervous about purchasing it after seeing a few reviews about it being not sturdy. It took 3 days of several hours to put together. The directions were easy to follow and all items were shipped. We received our delivery very fast after our order. Once the greenhouse was completed it was very sturdy. As noted by other reviewers, there was not much in terms of review feedback on this gazebo so took a leap of faith and very glad I did. This is a well designed, engineered, fabricated and finished Gazebo kit that looks absolutely gorgeous. I liked the design because the roof lined mimicked the roof line on my house. Went up easier than expected! Did it by myself with my wife helping by handing me the top pieces while I was on the ladder. Some screws got stripped but they are in there good. The curtains were a little confusing but overall very happy for the cost. Seems much higher quality than I paid. This was the perfect addition to our home. This is now my favorite place to be “in the house”. Our back patio gets so much NC heat in the summer time it was impossible to enjoy. Now I have the best of all worlds. I wasn't sure about the purchase and emailed customer service. Daisy returned my emails and was super helpful. The items shipped the next day, A few came and my boys opened them and got the pieces mixed up, so you want to open one at a time and pay attention to the letters on the outside, which my husband did, and he used a drill and a screwdriver type hand tool to get it started in the hard to reach areas. First outing with the tent was for a 3 day music festival. 3 of us used the tent with more than enough room for out cots and anything else we could have wanted to store in there. It stayed dry inside when it rained which was a plus. Easy to put up and even easier to take down.
