I appreciate how you choose to grow your almonds! It compliments the way we like to farm in SD, using the 5 soil health principles. You do not have almonds in CA unless we take care of the bees in SD! It to me like a partnership or community could be formed around the symbiotic relationship required.

This is incredible olive oil!! I generally research very carefully where my olive oil is coming from. I purchased yours because it has a harvested date (which your website provides), all came from your farm (so local!!), it's organic and it was grown using regenerative methods!! The taste is phenomenal!! I never cook with this!! I dip bread in it, (or should I say douse my bread with it!!) use it as salad dressing, or just drizzle it on my food for added flavor!! Love it!!

Over the last 10 years or so, I've bought 4 - 25lb boxes of whole almonds. They look beautiful when I receive them and I keep them in my freezer, just using them as I need them. Since I'm allergic to all dairy products, I mostly use them for almond milk, mixed in stir fries, and to make almond appetizers. Keeping them frozen, I've noticed that when soaked they will begin to sprout, even after many months in the freezer, so they're truly raw.
