Delivery was smooth and quick, received call before the delivery. the items are immaculate, the water remained cold for several hours even the ice cubes were not fully dissolved even thought it was several hours more like 8 hours. the coffee remained hot for 3 hours until i drank it. i think this is an excellent purchase, happy with product....oh i received a silicone brush as well for easy cleaner of my purchase.

I've bought 2 of these, and this one is a gift. I think they're lovely for everyday use and really do keep liquids cold for long. Had mine in the car on a 30+ ℃ day while we did a bike trail and when we got back a couple hours later the water was still really cold 👌 despite the straw exposing it to the heat in the car.

I can 100% with certainty say this is the best flask I’ve ever used. The water stays ice cold for over 24 hours. Even when the bottle was in the car on a hot day, the water was fresh and ice cold. On some days the ice is still whole even after a few hours. With regards to hot, I tried for a few hours and it was still boiling hot! I’ve purchased these products in a variety of sizes for my entire family….
