These are good quality underwear at a decent price. Most other places charge between 30 and 40+ for these kind of underwear. They are a little tight. I measured and was between an XL and XXL so I got the XXL and they are snug. If I order again, which I probably will, I'll go up a size. I love the way it absorbs more moisture and dries so quickly , and there comfortable other than the fact that I think u can improve on the elasticity in the thighs _ for plus size women with heavy thighs , other than that I love them , there comfortable and a lot more affordable than other brands I'm not gonna name , and they do more of a good job @ what there supposed to do better than the other brands

Wanted to write and let you know just how terrific these under garments are at stopping any type of leak. I have purchased several different brands that advertise that their product stops leaks also. Your panties are the very best against any mishap. The others were bulky didn’t fit properly and there was an Oder. Your panties are perfect. None of the horrible things of the other products.

I use this underwear for times when I expect bladder leaks. They won't absorb a lot of liquid but will give me confidence for the unexpected. Also, they are comfortable when somewhat wet until I can change them.

These fit well and provide the feeling of a secure barrier against leaking. Depending on what my day is like, I sometimes add a pad for good measure. Some pads with adhesive backs don't stick very well to this material. I simply put on my regular underwear and attach the pad to that and then add these underpants on top. Works fine and isn't bulky.

I am NOT going to take a photo being 70 years old but I will say that I had an opportunity to have these panties tested recently and I was amazed that a coughing fit resulted in a wet spot only on the inside of the garment and not on the dress pants I was wearing. If you have any sort of issue...mild or not...you are going to need these in your underwear drawer. I bypass all my others for these now. Glad I bought two bundles. Sharon

It's interesting to have moisture on the inside of he panty but not on the outside of it, therefore no moisture on clothing. Hmmm I wonder how that silver fabric in the crotch area manages that? It really does work though and they are very comfortable panties to wear. Sharon

I sneeze and pee and my panties hold the leak. If I lose control and can’t stop the stream it holds some but not all the pee. It holds most of the moisture and doesn’t leak through on my clothes most of the time.

Two of my friends have tried them on my recommendation & like them too. I've also told my Uro-Gyn MD of my recommendation. Don't dry them in the dryer, or they will shrink some.
