These panties fit really well and truly don't leak. I do still wear a pad with them, but even when it "runneth over" my outer clothing stays dry while the inner part of the panties does show signs of moisture. December 24th was one very, very long day. All week had been extremely busy. Up at 7:30 a.m. to get ready for Church. Grandkids came home with me. Made 2 large dishes of lasagna for supper. I was sort of doubtful when saw how thin shielding was......but I cannot believe how they can prevent leakage, the urine smell on the outside of underwear is non existent and..... urine will dry as you wear them with heat from body. I really like these panties. I have a lot of higher priced ones, but day to day, I grab for these because I don't have much of a incontinence problem, but it is nice to know that I am covered if I do. I like that the pad is flat but still works. The only problem is I wear an extra small in Knix, Speax, and Salt but in these I had to get a medium to feel comfortable. I think the sizing needs to be updated. I also wear a XS in Tommy John and all other brands.
