After using several different brands of panties for incontinence, I took a chance on Design Comfort and am thrilled with the fit, the absorbency, and the lack of odor!! I am 72, 4'11", and weigh 89 lbs. Most incontinence products are geared for larger women as the small sizes are very generous. So far I have only needed the light absorbency and am thrilled with the results. I will surely try the greater absorbency options if I need to. Thank you, Design Comfort!

Well, I'm very happy with them but I think you should put instructions how to wash them, six of my panties were ruined with with dryer plastic got ruined so I ended up with few.

In the past I have used Speax and depends. For comfort and a comfortable fit neither these products don't match your panties. Your product keeps me much dryer best panties ever.

So far the panties are as advertised, lightweight and no bulges. I bought them to wear on a trip to Egypt as I've got a feeling that I may not always be able to find a bathroom exactly when I need one. I'll let you know how they work!

I love the panties. You can hardly tell you have them on. No more wet pants with these on. and you can just throw them in the washer. Mine are a little tight so I suggest 1 size up to be more comfortable. You can't go wrong with these. Absolutely more e comfortable than pads for little accidents.

I purchase large, it was too tight for me -since i have open back surgery, I requested xl in exchange, but was told to donate it, a new size will be shipped. The quality and protectin is great, you will love it. Just try it, if u don't, you will not know the comfortable protective feeling. It is a go, why not give it a try.

Bladder leakage can be very embarrassing. These pants are just like normal underwear, except that they absorb any urine leakage. I wear a pair daily. Love, love, love them ❤️

I love the way these look. But make sure you order a large size as these are too small for North Americans. I'd say the models wear XL at least. But they are very comfortable and light weight. Great colours.

I love these panties. i never thought that anyone would think of making panties with safety issues for women but low and behold you did it and I'm a happy camper because I can't hold my water anymore at 79 yrs old and wearing pads again made me upset. It was bad enough having to wear them every month when I had my menstral cycle. I can't thank you enough and I have been trying to get in a position where I have plenty of these panties on hand. I am 82 years old and suffer from incontinence. The longer pads give me an increased sense of confidence as well as doing their task extremely well. I highly recommend them. Very simple to change pads when away from home rather than changing underpants. Bags are a dream.
