I ordered for my wife who suffers from urinary leakage. She loves them. The only complaint is that they were shipped from China. Why doesn't design comfort order several containers full and then ship them from the US. Anyway great product.

I like using the leak proof pads to attach Pads to. I worry about leakage regarding incontinence. But putting them on my regular panties the pads don't stick very well because the panties stretch. But attaching pads to the leak proof yes keep them secure.

The most perfect pair of " pee " panties out there. So glad I bought these. Mostly need them through the night with multiple trips to the toilet and not always making it. I originally wanted a smaller size but it was sold out so I opted for a larger size and they are just slightly larger and extremely comfortable. Plus these are nylon which I prefer in panties. Just an all around fantastic, totally usable product. I have 12 of them and so glad I do!
