I have been using incontinence pads to deal with stress incontinence. These did not always work to keep my clothing dry, depending on my activity at the time. I have no worries about wet clothing when using this underwear; they work as promised! In addition, I love how my clothing stays dry even on the hottest, sweatiest days. Now I only need to change my underwear, not my shorts or pants. Love this product and have recommended it to others.

These underwear works just as stated. All the wetness is contained and does not enter outside clothing. I have hemorrhoids, so that is the main reason for buying this type underwear. There is always a wetness by the end of day and I am happy to say there is never any passing thru onto my jeans. I still wear regular panties along with these leak proof panties. Love them.

I am so impressed with the fit and comfort of these panties. I wasn't sure they would be protective and comfortable, but they are. No worries about sneezes or exertions. Best things since sliced bread!! I love these, I do find them rather expensive though, as I am registered disabled, I can’t afford them as I would like to. Benefits don’t stretch like the panties do.
