Great little mini knife, got my new desert storm and quickly put this one on my keychain, if anyone needs to tighten the screws the mini mantis is I believe a Torx 6 and the desert storm is a Torx 9.

Surprisingly not a piece of shit. This is like a pretty heavy and seemingly well made OTF. 440c at this price point is acceptable, it's easy to sharpen and won't corrode. It came OK sharp out of the box but obviously not like a $400 Pro-tech sharp or Microtech sharp or something. But guess what? It's like 1/4 of the price of those. Would recommend. Also, it's easier to actuate than a lot of OTFs.

I was on the fence , with is one , so happy i got it !it’s a greet size and ligh great for carrying with swim suits or little wigh shorts, It feel nice in your hand nice size ! the D2 Tonto stonewashed blade is razor sharp out of the box! i like the finish it’s like gun metal, the action is snappy . hold on to it or it might snap out of your hand that’s a good thing! don’t miss out on this one !

Highly recommend getting the Small Black Zedd D/A OTF. If you are looking for something between micro OTF’s and the large ones. Solid knife, deployment is fantastic and fidgety. The double edged blade is sharp and I was able to open things with ease. Definitely a quality knife with looks to match the actions of the knife, can’t beat the price tag and the warranty that comes with any Viper-Tec blade. Get you a Small Black Zedd D/A OTF ASAP, you won’t be sorry.

Pretty good OTF, nice sharpness to the blade. Screws and glass breaker were a little loose but I was able to tighten those up with a Torx bit. Activation switch is not too loose or too stiff. Definitely recommend getting one of you haven't done so.

ANOTHER 5 star knife, review, and experience with ViperTec. This is my 6th knife and all have been 5 stars. This one is no exception. I would call this a small to medium -sized knife measuring in at 7” total length with a 2-3/4 inch blade. Perfect EDC knife, or like me, I have this on left pocket of pants while my 8” Hendrix with 3-1/2” blade on my right pants pocket and carry both simultaneously. Another great one from Viper Tec!!

Fantastic as per usual! Great knife and definitely good quality and worth the price!!! I have two suggestions. 1) the pivot needs to be polished, it’s gritty out of the box. 2) needs a hole either in the knife or in the clip so a pull can be attached. I put one I. The clip and attached my pull there. Otherwise a fantastic knife and worth it to purchase.

My hands are kinda small but it still feels great to hold. The blade feels secure, does not wiggle at all when extended, and hasnt failed yet after opening/closing a couple hundred times. This one came with a couple loose screws in the exterior handle, which is fine, I had the screwdriver to tighten them and it works perfectly. The last Viper-Tec knife I bought was around 4 years ago, and still works great even with basically 0 maintenance over all these years, so I didnt hesitate to buy another...

My Black Phantom OTF has a great feel to it. Like a comfortable handshake. The textured grip adds a great touch to it also. And the tanto blade style is perfect for the job at hand. No matter what that job tends to be. The action is smooth and responsive, with no misfires. And for 50% off? I would be an idiot not to purchase it. And who wants to be an idiot? Seems great so far, the last inch of the blade slightly rubs on one side when retracted but so far that has not impeded proper function so I couldn’t care less. Very sharp and good grip for your thumb on action. For the price I like it better than any Cobratec. Hopefully she holds up.

Great feel, I have big hands and this little knife still feels good. It was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Price was right. Blade has a slight wiggle when extended but shouldn’t ever cause a problem. Also seems like it will let dirt inside easily over time so I will be careful not to take it to the beach.

It’s a good knife. It’s well constructed and sturdy, with some nice weight to it. It’s comfortable in the hand and the finish isn’t slippery. I also like the ability to remove the window breaker and swap the belt clip for left handed users or eliminate it all together. Nice knife, my second one now from VT. Tanto tip, small to standard size knife. Perfect in between size from a mini OTF and my 8” Black Reaper with 3-1/“ or 3-3/4 blade. This is around 2-3/4” blade, has some nice weight to it. And again, I got and open this one and it’s even smaller than the other one. But it’s a good small, it fits in your had very easily. The handle is got a that coating that most of them do and it feels really good, it helps with your grip it doesn’t slip in your hands. I will definitely have to get some more of these and again at least 3-4 more. If you get this one or the other mini, you definitely will not be disappointed
