This AUTOMATIC Utility blade is AWESOME! JUST BUY IT NOW! You will NOT regret it! Trust me! ONLY issue that I had with mine was that the "Plastic locking mechanism" was VERY loose. But, Viper-Tec made it right!! They have THEE BEST customer service that I have yet to incounter in the knife online world! Other than that. The AUTOMATIC action is very fast and strong! Cannot recommend enough! Just buy it now!

The blade action is nice and smooth, and reliable. Very well made, and I expect it to last for many years. I absolutely love the size too. Great service and a great product. This was my first purchase with vipertech. I feel it is a good quality product and it is now my every day carry. Only thing I would have liked more is that it was sharper but that’s not a big issue at all. Knife appeared awesome. The button is really cheap feeling. The button and blade wiggle alot and and the paint has already chipped away some. 🫣day 3. Knife is very cool looking. Blade could hardly slice paper on the one side. 😔 I really wanted to love this knife. I just wonder what kind of quality I would have had with an extra 200.00. 🤔

When I recieved my knife, the button did not work corectly to retract the blade. I contacted "Viper-Tec", and was asked to e-mail a short video of the problem with the knife. Within a few minutes of sending the video, I recieved an e-mail exclaiming that another knife was being shipped to me. I didn't believe it, untill my other knife came today. I am now a customer for life. If all companies tried this hard to satisfy their customers. Insurance would not exist.
