I put this poster in my classroom and my students really appreciated it. I love the message it sends that sometimes bad days are okay as long as you get through them. I was so happy to have stumbled upon Self-Care Is For Everyone! As a School Psychologist, I advocate daily for students to receive appropriate mental health supports and to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. The shirt material is so soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that it's a little long: perfect for working out or lounging, but might want to fold it or tie it up a bit on the side if going for a more trendy look.
