I took two bottles of bpc 157 over two months, I didn't feel much of a differece in my body within the first week, but noticed after the second week I was waking up feeling great, very clear headed. I noticed after my bjj classes I was coming out feeling as if I could do another two hours or so of training. I gained 4 kg while taking these also.
