I stacked this product with Botanabolic and Crevolution so it would be difficult to pinpoint the catalyst of change, but LVLUP supplements contributed to a positive change in my physique. Overall I don't think this one made a difference for me. I'm healing from long haul, mold illness, and methane sibo but this just made me kind of nauseous with the higher dose of Zinc even with a small snack.
I preferred the Regenerate product with the added PEA. Too bad there's no option to exchange =/
