I think taking BPC157 helped heal my MCL injury, but I'm not sure. I've read that a lot of MCL injuries can heal by themselves in 6-8 weeks. That's about how long it took my injury to heal while taking BPC157. To be fair, I tried to rehabilitate my injury for several weeks without taking the supplement and after ordering the BPC157, it took two weeks for it to arrive. It's possible my injury could have healed sooner had I not waited to long to start taking BPC157. I would consider trying it...

I am most impressed with the incredible recovery aspect of Turkesterone. Getting up there in age now, recovery used to be 2-3 days or more.
