Ultimate GI Repair I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn't love me back. Despite taking it with food, it caused nausea and vomiting, which I believe is linked to my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Because of these side effects, I tried to significantly reduce the dosage but had to cease using it altogether. Given these challenges, I'm planning to try KPV on its own instead.

I have been dealing with MCAS and histamine intolerance. While transitioning off of my prescription immune suppressants and histamine receptor blockers, this really helped. Now, I sue it whenever I feel a flare coming on and it is very helpful. Some days I only need the recommended amount of two capsules and others I take 4-6 capsules if I am having a really bad flare. Very helpful :)
