I have been taking Emma for almost 3 months. My gut has been a mess for decades. I had part of my colon removed 13 years ago and have continued with gut problems. It took a least 4 weeks for me to see the benefits of Emma. Hi, I tried the Emma and I don't have anymore bloating nor feeling sluggish and tired. It is a plus in my book and no more straining when using the bathroom. It is very nature and it is not some of those products that keep you running in the bathroom uncontrolled. Great product to have in your home.
