Been on EMMA about 4 months and while the first 2.5 months did not show visible or physical signs of change, I stuck with it and sure enough, the product started working. I did expect it to take a while since I'm 74 and have had digestive tract issues for many years; I didn't get the problems overnight & knew they'd not be improved overnight either; sure enough, patience paid off.
