Emma has been so helpful with much better bowel movements I had a serious colon surgery a few years back that left scar tissue. I also have many diverticular pockets, and all this hinders my having good bowel movements. The only thing doctors suggested to me was to take double doses of fiber supplements and at night take MiraLAX. Emma was a real help to me in solving this problem.
