I received this great gift just in time for Christmas even though it wasn’t expected to get here until a few days after! It came out beautiful, little Charles depicted perfectly on the perfect size key chain. My gf literally started crying when opening this gift. My only complaint is that in the images and ads advertising the product the metal appears very embossed while in person it was more of an etching, showing better at different angles but still a great gift

Love the work. The engraving was just like the photo I submitted. I didn't like the USPS shipping. 2 days to get from west coast to east coast, but 7 days bouncing around my city before they could figure out delivery.

The product it self is very nice but I had one request for the photo I submitted and they did not do the request due to a large number of emails. I never actually got a response until I contacted there Instagram profile, and they told me they cannot due anything because you need to contact them before they cut the product. I did contact them the same night I order the necklace.

Looks great but not even an hr into putting it on the key ring the cheap chain part holding it together bent and the charm fell off. Luckily we were able to find the charm!!

It took way too long to get the item. You never responded to my emails. And the tracking is terrible. It does not tell you where it is or how long it is gonna take to get to the destination. It has an estimation but the delivery estimation was exceeded. There needs to be a better tracking system with better updates. Other than that the item is great and I do like the product

Very bad experience with the ordering. I ordered 2 key chains, it was estimated to be delivered in 12 days, it took 17 days, and I only received 1 key chain.
I sent an email asking to clarify a question, got no response.
I sent 2 emails asking about the missing key chains, finally received response after 2 weeks, and then received the other key chain over 2 weeks later. Bad experience all around. Sorry!

The image looks exactly like my dog, but based on the photos on the website I thought the key chain would be etched and more substantial. It's actually has a smooth face and at initial glance isn't really much. But in the end the image looks exactly like the image I gave them and that is what I was looking for.
